During the National Empowerment Conferences (NECs) held on even years, the Board of Governors elect from among their ranks the National Chair, National Vice Chair, National Secretary, and National Treasurer.
The Board of Directors, which consists of the Board of Governors and Region Chairs, under the leadership of the new National Chair, hold a summit to refocus NaFFAA’s mission and vision, and to build a strategy for conducting the activities and implementing the initiatives that will help it achieve its goals.
