    Please help me by signing the pwtition and spreading the cause. This allows the Filipinos in the USA with expired or expiring visas to work and travel back to the Philippines in the wake of typhoon Haiyan. We need 150 signatures for the website to publish it on their website and 100,000 in 30 days for the white house to consider it. Please help.
